We have the following set of equipment that you can use immediately for your stocking taking purposes:

• Symbol MC5040/ MC7090 Data Terminals (Windows Mobile)
• Cipherlab CPT8000
• Opticon PHL1700

The above portable units are easily configurable for stock taking purposes and data can easily be exported into csv or plaintext format for import into any Excel (OpenOffice compatible) spreadsheet.

Assistance to provide programming services is quoted at extra.

Not limited to the above list of equipment - our entire barcode inventory is available for rental at varying rates dependent on the brands/models required.

	This is the simplest data collection module.	Stock taking with Lookup Table (eg If SKU is in the master-lookup, the "description" can be retrieved and displayed for verification etc)

* Depending on the number of items to collect, different barcode terminals has different built-in programs that can be customised accordingly: assistance in software programming quoted at extra.

The data collected can be exported and downloaded to the PC in csv format - which can be imported into any spreadsheet (or database) for further processing.

Supply us your data format, what is to be displayed /retrieved etc and we can work with you to determine if we can support your stock-take.

* A portable scanner can be programmed to capture interested attendee's barcode. The organiser can collect and pass back the relevant information/particulars back to the exhibitor at the end of the day or at the end of the exhibition/seminar.
