Service Terms[Accepted Payment Methods]
We can accept either direct International Bank Transfer or Paypal.
[Shipment Options]
We ship by standard airmail through Singapore Postal Service.Shipment via EMS (Express Mail services) is recommended as online tracking is available for EMS.
Alternate shipment methods include UPS/Fedex/DHL- We can ship on customers account.
[Taxes/VAT/GST]
As an overseas seller- we cannot and do not collect GST/VAT.
Any VAT/GST/import duties/taxes are collected by the government of the importing countries and is outside the terms of sale of the products.
As an International buyer you should be fully aware of the standard procedures of International business/trade operation - import duties/ shipping / taxes / clearances etc.
Any import taxes/duties for importation of equipment into the country is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
There may be further restriction on import for certain countries - please check with your Customs office for any requirement (import licenses etc.).
[Terms of Warranty]
All products comes with a limited 30 days DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty.
Buyer can return the product to us for 1-1 exchange for DOA products.
Warranty is void if seller tamper with product physically or internally - that includes wrongful flashing of terminal memory (invalidating functionality of product). Warranty is void for wrongful tampering of product.
[Returns / Exchange policy]
We understand that sometimes a product may be bought wrongly (incompatible for use etc) and is not-defective. We will accept returns on such products subject to a restocking fee (within the 30 days warranty period).
All returns must obtain an approval and an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number for returns and exchanges.
Return the items unused and in original packing. Avoid any marks on product or original packaging. Pack the item in the same way as it was received, with all included parts, manuals, etc.
Returns will be inspected for any tampering - warranty is voided for tampered products.
When found eligible, a 30% restocking fee for returns (on purchase price) will be applied.
Buyers are responsible for return shipment.
